‍Racheal Muldoon is an award‑winning British barrister, qualified civil and commercial mediator, trustee and estate practitioner, speaker, and trusted advisor. Practising from Mayfair in London, she advises international businesses, financial intermediaries, and private clients on the law of England and Wales, both on a business‑advisory basis and in disputes.

Her practice spans cross‑border transactions, financing arrangements, investments, regulatory matters, risk management, and dispute resolution. She is also engaged as an independent legal consultant to law firms, providing English law opinions, strategic input on transaction structuring, enforcement strategy, and mediation.

Known for strategic judgment, meticulous preparation, and clear advocacy, Racheal is equally effective in court, in mediation, and in the boardroom. Senior leaders and C‑suite executives instruct her not only as counsel but as a trusted strategic advisor on regulation, risk, and dispute resolution.

In addition to her barrister work, her qualifications as a civil and commercial mediator and as a trustee and estate practitioner enable her to guide clients through complex disputes, fiduciary responsibilities, estate planning, and asset‑protection challenges across multiple jurisdictions.

Racheal is also available for appointment as a Non‑Executive Director (NED), advisory board member, or specialist advisor to companies, funds, and family offices. In these roles, she provides independent oversight, governance insight, and strategic guidance on legal risk, regulatory compliance, dispute strategy, and fiduciary duty, bringing the same rigour, commercial focus, and impartiality that clients rely on in her counsel work.

N.B. Racheal’s self-employed practice as a barrister of England and Wales is separate and distinct from her role as Partner at Ogier, where she does not advise on the law of England and Wales.
